Key Responsibilities:
- Engage key business stakeholders to prioritise & shape primary and secondary research programs to drive critical business decisions - including guidance on methodology and ownership of the research & insights plan
- Scope and brief customer research, competitive intelligence and market understanding programs ensuring they address key business questions or other cross business initiatives as required
- Work with external agencies as well as in house specialists and other support teams, as required, to ensure delivery of the prioritised programs
- Be hands on to personally deliver key programs from design to final communication, including primary and secondary research
- Undertake insight synthesis, integrating data sources appropriately, ensuring timely stakeholder engagement, communication & consultation to ensure insight is appropriately communicated and activated by the business
Key Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree with extensive experience in a customer insight, market research or a related field ideally from a research agency background where you will have had some client facing and account management experience; client-side experience is also acceptable
- Strong analytical and customer research skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and make recommendations
- Experience working in B2B / technical business area
