Currently searching for an *Utilities & Facilities Leader*
Reporting to the Director, this role is responsible for managing the uptime, availability and
performance of all utility, /infrastructure systems as well as the associated service contracts in order to support on-going utility, activities and manufacturing on site.
Responsibilities:
-Key member of the leadership team. Will play an integral role in the strategy and business planning processes, ensuring cross functional collaboration and leadership execution.
-Support the design, construction, and commissioning of the new for the of drug substance.
-Plan and manage day-to-day utility, support to meet customer and manufacturing activities as well as plant shutdown schedules and ensuring adherence with all regulatory/safety/ compliance in a cost effective manner
-Maintain a high, and continuously improving, level of compliance to ensure patient safety and to minimize risk to the company business
Competences:
-Ideally, experienced in establishing a Utility, function and team in a 'greenfield' context of similar size and scale
-Leadership team experience in driving functional and cross function team excellence/business performance.
-Knowledge of safety, and environmental regulatory requirements
-Technical qualifications at third level or equivalent in an related discipline. Masters level advantageous.
