An East Coast based public relations agency has an opportunity for a Senior Vice President of Client Engagement to join their expanding team. This agency works through multiple communications strategies to support their health care clients with topics such as brand building, disease awareness, and health equity. This agency is looking for someone with strong background in the life sciences industry to help shape their growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the RFP process from start to finish
- Travel to meet clients as needed
- Work strategically with senior leadership in winning new business among pharmaceutical clients
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment across a team of direct reports
- Planning and executing strategic PR campaigns to raise awareness or promote new services/products.
- Coordinating events, creating promotional materials, and leveraging digital marketing channels.
- Shaping public perception of health care clients through targeted messaging and storytelling.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years experience working in Agency Public Relations with a focus on new business growth
- Has experience with public affairs and exposure with policy and hill facing work
- Has proven success with prospective and organic business development
- A strong network within the life science industry and with media contacts
- Well versed in life sciences life-cycle, brand strategy, and product communications
