Title: Sr. Manager, Validation
Location: St. Louis, MO (Can provide relocation)
A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a validation expert to lead their site's validation program. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of validation (equipment, process, utilities, facilities, CSV) and support process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop proper validation training for relevant staff
- Ensure equipment and systems meet relevant guidelines and requirements
- Participate in compliance audits and respond to audit observations
- Support other groups' validation efforts and provide relevant validation resources
- Review, edit, and approve validation policies and sure proper implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 15 years of validation experience in a pharmaceutical environment
- Previous hands-on experience with every aspect of validation, expertise with process validation preferred
- Experience leading and managing a validation team
- Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
