We are looking for a passionate and skilled R&D Project Manager to join our client's team in Switzerland. Our client is a leading medical device company specialising in cardiovascular implants, with class 3 devices at their core.
Job Description:
As an R&D project manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception through completion while ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. You'll lead cross-functional teams that include engineers, designers, regulatory experts all working towards creating life-saving products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple complex product development projects simultaneously
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as engineering design teams
- Work hand-in-hand with external suppliers throughout every step of the process.
- Ensure quality control standards meet or exceed industry regulations & guidelines
Qualifications/Requirements:
Our ideal candidate should possess some or most skill sets mentioned below,
* Bachelor's degree (minimum) required; advanced technical/scientific degree preferred
* Proven experience within either Design Engineering/R&D/Medical Device industries,
* Must have excellent communication skills both verbal/written English;
* Strong understanding/knowledge about EPM tools would be desirable;
