They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Scientist with expertise in analytical development who will be responsible for the design and execution of assays related to flow cytometry.
Qualifications:
- PhD degree or equivalent experience within biology, immunology, chemistry or pharmaceutical sciences
- Minimum 5 years' relevant industry experience post-degree completion
- Strong understanding of CMC regulatory requirements
Skills:
Assay Development:
The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge and hands-on technical skills pertaining to assay development techniques such as ELISA's, qPCR/RT-qPCR methods etc., which they would apply towards creating robust characterization assays required for QC testing throughout product lifecycle.
Analytical Development:
This position requires strong background utilizing state-of-the-art technologies like HPLC/UHPLCs method validation & transfer procedures , capillary electrophoresis (CE), Mass spectrometry(MS) based protein analysis methods( e.g intact mass /subunit analysis). The role also includes collaborating cross-functionally including Research Operations team members on new projects involving optimization studies using DoE principles identifying critical quality attributes(CQAs)
Flow Cytometry: Extensive Experience performing multicolor Flow-based immunoassays used routinely by scientists engaged at preclinical stages while characterizing CAR-T cells; both phenotypic profiling (e.g CD4+CD8+)& functional assessments(effector molecules detection).
