Title: Senior Scientific Director - Medical Communications Agency
Introduction:
A leading, global medical communications agency seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join their team as a Senior Scientific Director. This is a great opportunity to work with some of the leaders in medical communications, drive innovation and lead multiple accounts while driving strategy with their clients.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of scientific strategy development within assigned accounts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including client services, editorial/medical writing, creative/art departments etc., ensuring seamless delivery against project objectives whilst maintaining high-quality standards throughout.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
PhD / PharmD / MD
Experience working across multiple therapeutic areas (oncology, vaccines and rare disease experience preferred but not required)
Expertise in advisory boards, symposia, publications, MSL decks, and various medical communications deliverables
Strong leadership and experience mentoring junior team members.
Excellent written/oral presentation skills
