Senior Product Manager
- Ensure sales team is equipped with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product
- Proactively organize & provide scheduled customer visits & propose user training to customers. Supporting both pre-sale and post sale demonstrations and training.
- Build sustainable partnership with KOL; Stay abreast with KOLs of market activities and trend, market and product activities; maintain and manage KOL database
- Manage product launches with principals and lead into new / existing markets; feedback to principal on market response for products
- Manage and coordinate the product planning and execution of the entire product lifecycle for assigned products / product category
- Assess, quantify and qualify existing and potential markets and/or segments
- Actively participate in industry conference, speaking engagements, social media and other channels
- Organise engagement activities with KOLs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 5+ years relevant experience in the Medical devices industry
- Good experience and knowledge in medical equipment and consumables in Healthcare Industry; candidate with clinical background will be considered
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP system; knowledge in CRM is preferrable
