Senior Manager, Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research (GHEOR)
Location: Remote (US-Based)
The Sr. Manager, GHEOR will be a key contributor to the multi-disciplinary Value & Access business unit of a leading bio-pharmaceutical company, supporting global brand and launch strategy for first-in-class products poised to make a meaningful difference in millions of lives.
Responsibilities:
- Contributing to comprehensive HEOR plans, aligning with colleagues from Global Medical Affairs, Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, and more.
- Supporting global HTA submissions, including contributing to the development of Global Value Dossiers, relevant economic models, and predictive analyses.
- Generating real world evidence for global payers, including patient-reported outcomes and clinical outcomes assessment strategy
- Conducting systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, indirect treatment comparisons, and more.
- Selecting and managing vendor relationships
Qualifications:
- PhD in a relevant discipline with 2+ years of HEOR experience (MS or MPH with 5+ years of professional experience may be considered)
- PRO/COA strategy experience is strongly preferred
- Economic modeling experience is strongly preferred
- Global HTA strategy experience is strongly preferred
Compensation and Benefits:

- Base salary of $160,000-$170,000
- Annual bonus of 15%
