Summary
The Senior Director, Global Patient Access will drive strategic direction of Patient Access and Affordability. They will collaborate within cross-functional teams to develop strategies, initiatives, and projects, ensuring that Patient Access achieves a balance between delivering patient outcomes and meeting business objectives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial experience across specialty reimbursement, vendor management, hub operations, specialty pharmacy trade and patient services
- Extensive experience operating in a highly regulated and complex reimbursement environment
- Deep management experience with strong leadership skills
- Management experience within patient programs including PAP, copay and Hub services including Case Managers and RN services
