Are you a highly skilled clinical trial manager with experience in oncology and autoimmune disease indications? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our small but rapidly growing pharmaceutical company located in the heart of Massachusetts.
Our client is looking for a (Senior) Clinical Trial Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical trials from planning through execution. The successful candidate must possess exceptional communication skills as they will work closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans that outline timelines, resources needed and budget requirements
- Manage study budgets ensuring timely payment processing
- Oversee site selection process by identifying potential investigators/sites
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices/GCPs
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should hold at least 5 years' relevant industry clinical trial management experience within Oncology or Autoimmune Disease fields along with a Bachelor's/Master's degree.
In addition,
-Proven knowledge on conducting global studies under different Health authorities regulations such as EMA/FDA guidelines;
-Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong early phase experience
Salary:
- Base salary range starts at $145K and will be negotiable based average industry rate, title, years of experience, higher education, etc.
