Senior Automation Engineer (f/m/d)
Our client is one of the world's top three companies with a leading open access technology platform for the discovery, development and manufacturing of biologics. They are building a brand new team with competent people that can work together to take the company through their exciting growth journey.
Your tasks in detail are:
* Look after the building automation in our drug product (DP) site and other automation tasks.
* Primarily work independently on PCS 7 system, WinCC SCADA, PLC based vendor package unit, clean media, autoclave, parts washer, etc.
* Lead or assist automation project from URS to commissioning and qualification; own maintenance program to ensure system's valid status.
* Perform activities such as account management, data backup, system configuration per MBR, troubleshooting and non-compliance investigation
* Prepare /maintain/update necessary documentation, SOP, report for all stage GMP activities
* Prepare and support internal /external audit
* Conduct system health monitoring, opportunity assessment and continuous improvements
* Work closely with production and quality team to provide day-to-day support to manufacturing such as data retrieving, printing reports, alarm response and escalation
* Key vendor management to ensure high quality service is provided timely and efficiently
Your Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer or Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in automation
* Prior experience of working in biologics /chemical process and manufacturing automation support, maintenance, and project management
* Proven experience of supporting and operating major brand automation system; proficient in Siemens Control System, Data historian and alarm management. Familiar with GAMP5 and related cGMP regulations from FDA and EMA.
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical drug production process, process skids (CIP/SIP) design and automation
Education:
* Bachelor or above

* Excellent oral and written communication skills, leadership ability and ethical judgement
* Ability to work collaboratively within team and with other departments
* Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
* Has CAN DO attitude to meet new challenge
