Bioanalytical Scientist/Sr. Scientist
Location: Madison, WI
Currently partnering with a renowned biopharmaceutical company, known as the industry leader within their particular market, is actively seeking a bioanalytical scientist with a strong background in RNA chemistries to join their growing team to help advance their revolutionary scientific research. The Scientist is going to be focused on developing bioanalytical methods to support both preclinical and clinical programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead in method development and qualification of numerous bioanalytical assays in HPLC-FL, LC-MS/MS
- Conduct quantitative analysis of Oligonucleotides and their metabolites in various biological matrices
- Lead projects and provide an oversight of non-GxP/GxP bioanalytical methods from early stages to late development
- Analyze data from experiments, create reports, and present data to the team
- Assist in research operations and coordinate with CROs
- Train other scientists in bioanalytical method development and analysis
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry
- Experience with method development through various analytical softwares
- Experience in immunoassay platform and ADA immunogenicity
- Strong expertise in LC-MS/MS and immunoassays
- Experience in training other scientists and leading a lab
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
