My client is one of the leading providers of products and services for infection and contamination prevention and germ reduction for customers in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. The company are rapidly growing in Europe and looking for a Sales Manager DA CH (home-based/remote).
Responsibilities:
- You are our "outside employee" and sell our products such as steam sterilisation packaging
- Independent advice and support for our customers from the pharmaceutical industry and research
- Proactive analysis and identification of market potential
- Recognition of market trends and derivation of the resulting measures as well as participation in the development of long-term strategies
- Evaluation of new business areas and product ideas in the interests of the company and our customers
- Monitoring and reporting of key figures
- Strategic development and expansion of your own networks and the observation, evaluation and dissemination of information relevant to the market, customers and health policy
- Conducting customer training on our products and services
- Processing of customer inquiries and complaints including problem solving
Requirements:
- Completed business administration or scientific degree
- Professional experience in the field of pharmaceuticals, laboratories or clean rooms
- Experience in selling technical equipment and services is desirable
- Experience in validation, quality management or technical service is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills at all management levels as well as good negotiation skills
- High customer and success orientation with the associated resilience
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required
- Flexibility and high willingness to travel within the DACH region - up to 50% travel activities home
