Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Sales Account Manager to join our client's team. Our client is a leading company that specialises in providing high-quality capital equipment within the life sciences sector.
As the new Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring continued growth through fostering strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying opportunities to expand business into untapped markets. You'll report directly to senior management; therefore, excellent interpersonal skills will be necessary when communicating effectively across all levels of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships and develop partnerships with key opinion leaders across the region
- Plan and execute the agreed sales strategy to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Effectively identify and interpret customer's requirements, whilst providing scientific consultation throughout the sales process
- Work closely with the wider commercial team to identify new opportunities and ensure successful delivery of solutions
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years sales experience in high-capital investment or life science automation
- A proven track record of exceeding targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Achieved a bachelors degree (minimum) in Biochemistry, Cell Biology or science related discipline
- Fluent in Dutch and English
