Title: Sales Director
Summary:
Our client, a well-established Biotech company with operations in Singapore and the surrounding region is seeking an experienced sales director to join their team. As the Sales Director for South East Asia and India (SEAI), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective leadership of the sales function.
Qualifications:
At least 10 years' experience working within pharma or biotech industries.
Proven track record of managing people managers at regional level.
Expertise in genomics field, specifically Next Generation Sequencing technology
Responsibilities include:
Sales Leadership
* Develop strategies that drive business opportunities across different regions under your purview
* Work closely with teams from marketing to ensure alignment between market development efforts as well as product offerings
Team Management & Development
* Manage performance by providing coaching , mentoring guidance etc. while ensuring compliance standards are being met consistently
* Hire top talent when needed
Revenue Growth
* Leverage data insights alongside customer feedback signals so decisions on pricing structure can made effectively
Location/Working Arrangements:
This role has flexible work arrangements such as remote based options available depending upon location proximity whilst still remaining pivotal member within existing structures .
