Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Quality Assurance Specialists.
- Oversee final product release and adherence to cGMP regulations.
- Conduct inspections, review deviations, and manage corrective actions.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate effectively across departments.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or manufacturing (Biotech/Pharma preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with cGMP regulations.
- Experience managing employees a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, QA, validation, and process development.
- Knowledge of electronic batch records, ERP systems, and Quality Management Systems.
- Ability to interpret and implement quality standards.
