A growing medical device organization in Boston is seeking a highly experienced National Sales Director. A successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the sales strategy of the organization on a national level.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 year's experience in B2B sales within the medical device industry
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage teams across multiple locations
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development
- Team Management: Lead, coach and mentor regional managers towards achieving common goals through regular communication including setting individual KPIs & performance management.
- Market Research Analysis - Identify market opportunities by analyzing current trends both domestically as well internationally along with competitor analysis
Skills:
-Exceptional interpersonal abilities which allow you lead high-performing staff at all levels,
-Effective written/verbal communications coupled with excellent presentation skill set
-Excellent negotiation skills especially when dealing contracts or agreements between parties
