Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Japan. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth in the oligo synthesis and biological purification market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, demonstrating the value and applications of our products.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to customize solutions that meet customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the biotechnology or life sciences industry.
- Strong knowledge of oligo synthesis and biological purification technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English.
