My client, a leading manufacturer in speciality chemicals and life sciences industry, are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support their rapidly growing team. This position is crucial in developing sales within the European pharmaceutical market.
This role offers home office and requires minimal travel. The role can be based in Germany, France or Netherlands.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers in the pharmaceutical market, maintaining strong relationships through regular communication.
- Present and demonstrate pharmaceutical products, highlighting their features, benefits, and value.
- Collaborate with organisational teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Utilise sales tools and CRM systems to track leads, manage accounts, and report sales activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, participating in sales meetings and training to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in STEM or Business / Sales / Marketing
- 3 years' sales experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical market
- Great inter-personal and negotiation skills
- Fluent English AND one other language (French, German or Dutch)
