I am partnered with an innovative leader in Life Science who specialise in providing automation solutions into big pharma. As the Head of Sales Europe, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across multiple regions while ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role within a cutting-edge industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan commercial activities and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth
- Manage regional teams to achieve revenue targets and effectively provide guidance and support
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to business growth.
- Deliver internal updates to partners and executives; presenting market analysis, forecast expectations & key moderators
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders such as pharmaceutical companies
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years sales leadership experience in life science automation or high capital investment
- Achieved a Bachelor's degree (minimum) related to life science
- Strong organisational skills, exceptional communication skills and acute attention to detail are essential
- Flexibility to travel for conferences and visits to meet with clients, as needed
