Head of Product management Lab equipment
A large rapidly growing analytical instrumentation company is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead a team of 12 people. They will be responsible for team management, leading strategy, operational development, KOL management and development of products.
Requirements
Very strong experience in full lifecycle product management and marketing (7+ years)
Technical background in Biology/chemistry/laboratory equipment/analytical instrumentation
Proven success in team leadership
Fluent in German and English
Ability to travel across Europe
Responsibilities
Lead the continued development of long term strategic plans for the Laboratory segment
Alignment of annual budgets and long term strategy
Inform improvements in customer experience, define growth opportunities
Transfer segment requirements, regulatory requirements and market intelligence into actionable and profitable products and service developments
Manage the product lifecycle to ensure the growth, profitability, and overall success of the product line.
Define, review and prioritize marketing activities for product launches, strategic initiatives, and new customer acquisition,
Engage Quality, Operations, and Technical Services team on a regular basis
