Lead the Global Marketing Strategy for a Medical Device Company
Introduction:
We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Marketing based in the UK to join our client, a leading public listed medical device company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience managing global marketing functions and wants to take on new challenges within the health care sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals
- Manage brand identity across all channels, including digital platforms and events
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities or threats
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, finance etc.
to ensure effective communication between departments
Qualifications & Skills:
The ideal candidate must possess these qualifications/skills;
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant field
- 10+ years experience working at senior management level preferably in the medical device of pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in APAC would be beneficial
Marketing Experience/Specialisation :
- Significant track record of success developing integrated B2B/B2C campaigns from conception through execution
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships internally / externally
Medical Devices Expertise :
- Strong understanding/expertise in the medical devices area - urology would be preferred but not a must.
Leadership qualities :
- Excellent leadership skills combined with excellent analytical abilities
- Ability work under high pressure while keeping focus
- Passionate about coaching team members
