Key Responsibilities
Work together with cross functional teams to discover, improve & create advanced technologies and create vital scientific insight.
Lead & operate scientific systems that provide new product technologies to the market.
Connect closely with the external partners to guarantee the delivery of results that meet the customers' needs.
Take the lead and manage multiple projects.
Help the team in the laboratory with various tasks during completion of the formulation work
Ensure health and safety measurements are in place, and follows all lab instructions as well as basic GMP qualifications.

Key Requirements
PhD in Biochemistry/ Chemistry/ Pharmaceutical Sciences or related
5+ Years' experience within a biotech/ biopharma or pharma industry
Substantial experience in developing a drug product formulation (or processes of biologics)
Understanding of lyophilization, primary packaging, aseptic product manufacture
Leadership skills
Fluent English
