We are seeking to hire a Head of Antibody CMC for our client, a pharmaceutical company based in Suzhou, China. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of the process for Antibody drugs and will oversee the regulatory registration process of the company's products.
Responsibilities
- Develop the process for Antibody drugs
- Oversee the regulatory registration process of the company's products
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the CMC development plan is aligned with the overall product development plan
- Manage and mentor a team of scientists and engineers
- Ensure that all CMC activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Skills
- Experience in process development of Antibody drugs
- Knowledge of NMPA, FDA, EMA and other domestic and foreign registration regulations
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and in English
