Job Title: Global SEO & Paid Search Manager
Location: New Jersey
Summary:
This role will support categories, brands, global markets, and agency teams; ensuring delivery of best in class search activities and holistic search campaigns resulting from analysis to drive Paid search (SEM) efficiencies and develop SEO effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate research and insights for technical SEO, content, voice search, ecommerce, search, user intent audits, conversions and search-based efficiencies across multiple global sites and brands.
- Work with global analysts, Insights team and the global SEO & SEM agency on marketing campaigns, playbooks/ toolkits, conversion led initiatives and to implement search related projects including link building and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
- Support earned Media, PR and Social functions.
- Support holistic activities to deliver Paid Search (SEM) & Organic Search (SEO) engagement, capability build and efficiencies globally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- SEO tools experience (Brightedge, Conductor, SEMrush, Ahref, Deepcrawl, Screaming Frog, GA, GTM, Search Metrics, etc.)
- SEM tools experience (SA 360, Kenshoo, Goa, etc.)
- CMS and content management experience (AEM, Sitecore, Episerver, etc.)
- Experience of combining PPC & SEO campaigns and tactics
