Title: General Manager
Overview: One of the leading distributors is planning to expand further into the SEA market and seeking a driven General Manager to lead all sales activities. As a General Manager, you play a key role in driving business strategies and ensure that transactions meet P&L objectives.
Responsibilities of a General Manager:
- Oversee all sales activities, including customer relationships and sales team management
- Identify and implement commercial strategies to expand the business
- Maintain and acquire customer relationships
- Mentor and train team members to meet established goals
- Advanced degree in life-sciences related field
- Relevant experience in business management and team management
- Experience in utilising CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Excellent business acumen and knowledge
