An exciting pharmaceutical company are looking for an EU Director Quality/QP to join their growing team. They specialise in the labelling, packaging and distribution of pharmaceuticals throughout Europe, as well as providing QP services. The position is based in Munich, Germany.
The Role
You are responsible for all Quality operational activities across two European manufacturing and distribution sites. You will also be responsible to report to the European President and occasionally the CEO on pharmaceutical affairs and issues related to QP responsibilities. This is a highly intense position and requires those who have an absolute authority on all Quality issues
Responsibilities:
- Managing a large Quality Department
- Reporting directly to the European President and CEO
- Lead the strategy operations for building the new Quality Department, including significant hiring drives on both sites
- Perform a QP (Qualified Person) function
Requirements:
- Qualification as a Qualified Person in Germany
- 5+ years' experience in Quality Management
- Extensive experience in GMP, GDP preferable
- Fluent English and German
Package:
- Salary ranging between โฌ110,000 - โฌ120,000
- Yearly salary increase according to KPIs
