Our client is looking for a driven, proactive problem-solver with leadership experience to help lead their Client Success Team. This position will be field based and requires travel 80% of the time.
Territory: New England
Responsibilities:
- Partner with providers, LTC facilities, home healthcare providers, and physician specialty groups to ensure clients' needs are met
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Onboard and mentor direct reports
- Work cross-functionally to collaborate with the sales and HR teams
- Budget management activities
Requirements:
- Experience working in Long-Term Care (LTC)
- 7+ years of experience in a client facing role
- Experience in a leadership position with direct reports
- RN or PharmD preferred
