Responsibilities:
- Providing customer support through all public-facing channels
- Responsible for shipping, fulfillment, and invoicing duties of customer orders
- Entry of customer accounts and inventory tracking system
Qualifications
- Bachelors or equivalent industry experience
- 5 years of Customer/Sales Support experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
