Our client, an innovative and fast-growing company in the diagnostics sector is seeking a motivated individual to join their team. As the new Customer Service Manager you will be leading a team of 5 people and will be experienced with managing processes, good customer service/people skills and has a background in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations for the customer service department
- Provide excellent support to customers through various channels (phone calls, visits, emails etc.)
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders including internal teams such as sales & marketing along with external clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- Over 3 years experience working in Customer Service within healthcare
- Achieved a bachelor's degree (minimum) in Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in German and English
Skills Required:
* Previous leadership experience within Customer Service at a similar company
* Proficiency with SAP and using Microsoft Office Suite programs specifically Excel spreadsheets.
