Sr. Clinical Research Associate
Salary: ($120,000-$140,000)
San Francisco Bay Area (HYBRID; 2-3 days on-site)
I'm currently working with a clinical-stage biotech who focuses on developing first-in-class treaments for neurogenerative and neuropsychiatric diseases. They currently have 4 indications in the clinic: 1 in Phase I, 1 in Phase II, and 2 in Phase III. Their Phase III is set to be complete at the end of this year, meaning they are going to file their NDA at the start of 2025. Considering they are offering equity, this is a very exciting time to join the team. They are looking to bring on a Sr. CRA who is open to up to 20% travel.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of CRO and monitoring
- Setting up and maintaining TMF study files
- Manage more junior CRAs
- Prepare and conduct study start up or close out visits
- Ability to work and foster a team in a hybrid capacity
An ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a life science related field
- 2+ years within CNS/Neurology on the sponsor side
- Understanding of ICH GCP guidelines
- Adept oral and written communication skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams
