Responsibilities （岗位职责）：

• Develop & maintain operational oversight of key clients

• Review analyses of processes, and forecast data to achieve stated goals and objectives;
• Coordinate functions and activities between departments to ensure contracts/projects are completed
• Represent department in Business Development, including review of proposals and participation in general capabilities meeting and BID defense meetings
• Ensure the organization and its services are presented positively to all stakeholders

Requirements （任职要求）：

• Experience in Clinical Trial Management & Project management
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Knowledge of federal regulations regarding clinical studies
