Our client is a small pre-IPO oncology/autoimmune disease biotech company seeking to hire an experienced and motivated individual for the role of Associate Director (Director) of Clinical Operations. Based in their office located in Waltham, Massachusetts reporting into the Head of Clinical Operations, this permanent position offers competitive compensation with a salary package starting at $180000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical operations activities related to early phase clinical trials
- Develop strategies for trial management and execution while ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Manage and oversee CRO/vendors
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications;
- Being able to adjust in fast pace environment
- Capable of wearing "different hats"
Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Experience:
- A minimum 10 years' experience working within clinical research preferably focused on Autoimmune Disease or Oncology
- Prior experience managing and overseeing CROs/vendors essential
