In this role, the candidate will drive marketing analytics, brand planning, and project management. A pivotal role in tracking Finance, Marketing, Sales, Brand teams, and Sales Operations for New Product Launches.
Main Objectives:
- Create insights for action
- lead CI landscape analysis, business needs as to fill prioritized gaps
- Communicate those integrated insights to relevant stakeholders
- Provides analytical insights to Sales and the Brand teams to support business strategy
- Leverage data and expertise in Competitive Intelligence external analysis, with internal market planning, business development, forecasting, and other strategic or tactical
- Deliver guidance, recommendations, and market intelligence insights to commercial brand, medical, forecasting, and Executive Team to inform decision making
- Apply and execute analysis and recommendations to therapeutic area and brand processes including commercial planning, forecasting, pre-launch and launch planning process.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in Commercial Analytics, Business Analysis, Forecasting, or Strategy operations within Pharma or Consulting Group.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to tie detailed analysis to larger strategy
- Conduct business case analytics to measure the attractiveness of new product launches
- Develop Key Strategic Intelligence Questions by working across the function, within and beyond, Commercial Development & Policy
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Microsoft Access is preferred.
- Must have designed the strategy for, and lead the execution of, multiple successful launches
