Overview:
My client, a global leader in diagnostics, is seeking an experienced and motivated Application Specialist to join their team in Germany. You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers on the application of coagulation and autoimmunity diagnostic products.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities. Alongside, being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective strategies to deliver commercial success for the company's portfolio, whilst simultaneously supporting customer and patient outcomes
- Deliver customer training programs on product applications with focus areas including coagulation and autoimmunity
- Work closely with sales representatives to ensure high-quality after-sales service delivery
- Conduct market research activities aimed at identifying trends within the industry that can aid new business development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years Application or Technical Support experience in IVD market
- Degree qualification or higher preferably in Molecular Biology related field
- Strong knowledge in coagulation, haemostasis or autoimmunity
- Fluent in German and English
