Title: Seeking an Analytical Scientist II with Pharma or Neutraceuticals Background
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company in Charlotte, NC is currently seeking to hire an experienced and highly skilled Analytical Scientist II. The ideal candidate should have experience in analytical method development specifically HPLC and GC as well as possess a strong background in the pharma or neutraceutical industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Pharmaceutics
- Minimum of 6 years' experience working within the pharmaceuticals sector
- Experience developing analytical methods for HPLC & GC
- Knowledgeable about ICH guidelines for drug product analysis
Skills:
The following skills are essential requirements that candidates must demonstrate mastery over during their tenure at this position:
Analytical Development - Developing robust assays using various techniques such as UV-vis spectroscopy, FTIR etc.
EPM / CMC Expertise - Strong understanding of EPM processes including regulatory submissions and Quality by Design principles; managing activities pertaining to commercial manufacturing operations.
Attention to Detail - Required when conducting experiments while adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures(SOP).
Communication Skills- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities required due frequent interaction between technical teams across departments.
