The Account Supervisor in Healthcare Marketing and Advertising is responsible for managing and growing client relationships, as well as overseeing the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns for healthcare clients. The role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to understand their needs, and using that knowledge to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day communication
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns for healthcare clients, including setting campaign goals and budgets, managing timelines, and tracking performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and research, to ensure that campaigns are executed effectively and that client goals are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to make recommendations to clients on how to improve their marketing and advertising efforts
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed to help them grow and develop their skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing and advertising, with a strong focus on account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Medical or pharmaceutical marketing experience is a plus.
