Title: Account Manager - Molecular Diagnostics
Our client, a leading player in the diagnostics industry is seeking to recruit an experienced and skilled Account Manager for their operations based out of Hanover, Germany.
Role Overview
As an account manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by developing strong relationships with clients within your territory. You must have experience selling diagnostic products coupled with molecular biology education that enables you to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Masters degree specialising in Molecular Biology or related field
- A minimum of 3 years experience working as Sales Executive/Account Manager (preferably medical devices/diagnostics)
Skills required:
- Excellent communication skills both written & oral; fluency English and German languages are mandatory;
-Business acumen - ability on how business works.
-Demonstrated success meeting/exceeding quotas consistently over time
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
1) Develop new accounts while maintaining existing customer base through effective relationship building,
2) Plan weekly/monthly activities including cold calls/new leads follow-up/prospecting etc.,
3) Collaborate closely across departments particularly marketing team regarding campaigns/brochures/product launches/events ,
4) Maintain CRM system timely update records
