Title: Account Director - Healthcare Agency

Our client, a leading healthcare agency based in the United States, is seeking an experienced Account Director to join their team. As an account director, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple accounts within the pharmaceutical sector while ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet clients' expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for promoting products or services related to HCP (Healthcare Professionals) and DTC (Direct-to-consumer)
- Manage day-to-day activities of assigned accounts
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as clients, vendors & internal teams
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments including creative/strategy development
and project management
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position candidates should possess:
1. Experience working at a medical communications agency.
2. Proven track record of managing large-scale programs/projects simultaneously from inception through execution.
3. Strong leadership skills; ability to inspire teamwork among colleagues across different disciplines/departments along-with motivating them towards common goals/objectives i.e., meeting deadlines/targets etc..
4.Experience developing integrated communication plans utilizing various tactics/channels/tools e.g., digital media channels etc..
5.Adeptness using data/analytics tools/metrics/measurement techniques which help drive insights into audiences behavior/preferences thus supporting effective decision making by helping fine-tune campaigns/tactics accordingly.
