*Ph.D. in Biology or Life-Science with a focus on immunology or cancer biology.
*Minimum 5 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry as a scientist.
*Strong expertise in various cell and molecular biology methods, including multi-color flow cytometry; experience with Incucyte®-based assays is a plus.
*Proven proficiency in T-cell characterization, including phenotype and exhaustion; specific experience with CAR T cells is advantageous.
*Advanced knowledge or experience with cancer in vivo models is a plus.
*Creative, flexible thinking with excellent organizational skills and the ability to train and instruct staff.
*Proficiency in managing multiple studies concurrently, adhering to timelines, and delivering timely results.
*Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
*Profound skills in Microsoft Office, FlowJo, and GraphPad Prism.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
*Conceptualize, plan, conduct, analyze, and interpret in vitro experiments such as co-culture killing assays, antibody binding, cytokine release, and CAR T cell characterization.
*Develop and implement multi-color flow cytometry panels for characterizing CAR T cells.
*Summarize experimental data into scientific reports and deliver presentations to the team.
*Provide scientific insights for ongoing platform or pipeline workstreams to support decision-making by the group lead.
*Contribute to publications, patent filings, and IND/CTA enabling work.
*Collaborate closely with the in vivo pharmacology team to facilitate scientific exchange.
*Effectively communicate and coordinate with team members to achieve shared objectives.
