Responsibilities
- Leads the sample analysis of outsourced in vivo studies.
- Working with internal and external collaborators to manage sample transfer, processing, and analysis.
- Independent contributor to activities from assay development, understanding disease biology, and mechanism of action studies.
- Maintains lab records, consistent and accurate during all activities.
Requirements
- BS in related field with 7+ years of laboratory experience or MS in related field with 5+ years of laboratory experience.
- Experience with nucleic acid, protein purification, Western blot, qPCR, and histological analyses.
- Experience managing in vivo studies.
- Experience working in a GMP/GLP environment.
