About the role:
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be joining our team developing and executing strategic project plans through the successful implementation of the product roadmap and the associated projects for the entire product family.
Responsibilities:
* Leading and Coordination of new product introduction for manufacturing and product life-cycle in an interdisciplinary team.
* Ensuring the achievement of goals along the Operations roadmap as well as the holistic and future-oriented further development of the Operations program.
* Close cooperation with various internal and external interfaces and stakeholders (e.g. Product management, regulatory affairs, clinical affairs, quality, etc).
* Establishment and maintenance of an extensive network with customers and external partners.
* Application of regulatory requirements in determining the content and information required for the program.
* Resource and budget planning as well as creation, monitoring and reporting of KPIs for the Manufacturing program.
* Routinely update cross-functional teams on status and changes as well as present Program updates and outcomes to executive leaders as required.
Requirements:
* 8+ years related work experience in a pharmaceutical business
* Technical education background - Engineering, Chemistry or Industrial Pharmacy preferred
* Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
* Proficiency with common project management and communication tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and MSWord.
* Ability to develop and manage financial related elements of a project
