Title: Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs, Advertising and Promotion

Summary:
A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior Manager to join their Regulatory Affairs Advertising and Promotion team. They are seeking a driven Regulatory Affairs professional to perform cross-functional tasks with proficiency. This organization has a built-out pipeline, with products on the market and promising clinical trials.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain expertise and knowledge of FDA regulations and guidelines for biologics and prescription drug promotion
- Work closely with Commercial, Legal, and Medical Affairs teams to create promotional materials and scientific communications
- Remain up to date and comply with Advertising and Promotion regulations and requirements
- Launch and/or support processes associated with the Regulatory Ad/Promo team and organization as a whole
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in science
- PharmD, PhD, or JD is preferred
- 4-6 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
- 3+ years within the Regulatory Affairs Advertising and Promotion space
