Sales Manager - Switzerland
A well-established, medical devices company is seeking a passionate, high performer to join their sales force. This Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales of the company's medical device products within the German speaking part of Switzerland. They will also be responsible for a team of up to 10 people.

Responsibilities:
- Create & maintain relationships to customers
- Developing a sales strategy to achieve and grow sales
- Identify new business opportunities
- Demonstrate products to customers
- Meet and exceed targets
- Responsibility of 8 direct reports
Requirements:
- Leadership background
- Nurse background is also an asset
- Medical Device Sales experience. Preferably 7 years experience in Medical Device industry.
- Excellent communication skills/ team player and also great problem solver
- Strategically smart
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in German, English and French
- Background in Orthopaedics, Trauma, Neurology and critical care is welcome
