A market leading Diagnostics manufacturer's are in the search for a high potential sales expert to manage and distribute their products across the market in the South-West region of Germany. The specialist candidate will be an expert in the Molecular diagnostics market with an entrepreneurial spirit to grow the successful sales of the portfolio, managing the key customers business in the country including the responsibility of achieving financial targets and strategic objective in the role.
Responsibilities:
- Strong negotiator with a continuous focus on achieving high sales results.
- The key contact across the customers across the South-west region of Germany and Switzerland.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the customers.
- Manage and improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships and develop to generate success over the territory.
- Provide good advice to the customers and be a representative of the organisation.
Requirements:
- Over 3 year's experience years working with a molecular diagnostics portfolio.
- Educational background focusing on Biology.
- Must be fluent in German and English.
- Result driven, motivated, and entrepreneurial.
