Your responsibilities:
- Supporting your team in growing out the business by achieving key sales objectives
- Supporting the CEO in expansion across the globe including marketing, creating an action plan for bringing in new customers and identifying competitors
- Identifying customer needs and the positioning of company.
- Ability to (re)present the company well during conferences and meetings with (potential) partners
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Reporting activities and progress reports
- Closely monitor customer satisfaction and market developments
- Building bridge between quality department and customers to support management of complaints
Requirements:
- Minimum five years in a cardiovascular sales/customer facing role with a track record of establishing new markets
- Minimum four years management experience
- Experience selling high demand disposables
- Motivated and excited to make an impact on a growing business
- Speak English and German
