Quality CAPA Manager
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer in North Carolina, is seeking a Quality CAPA Manager to join their team. Responsibilities
As the Quality CAPA Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the quality assurance team. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing CAPA and deviation processes
- Ensuring that all SOPs are up-to-date and followed correctly
- Managing and training the quality assurance team
- Conducting internal audits and ensuring that all quality systems are in place
- Developing and implementing quality metrics and reporting
Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:
- At least 8 years of experience in quality assurance management
- At least 5 years of experience managing teams
- Strong knowledge of CAPA and deviation processes
- Six Sigma Certification Prefered
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
