The role of the patient financial navigator will be to provide excellent customer service to patients and providers. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in the medical/health care space. The navigator will investigate patient insurance and help patients through their financial responsibilities and payment options.
- 2-3 years of experience providing patient communication and financial counseling for a health care provider is required
-experience with customer relationship management software is preferred
Fully remote: Must be able to work 8-4 PM CT.
