MDM Analytics Senior Manager
Reports to: Associate Director, Commercial Information Management
A small, rapidly growing biotech is looking for an MDM analytics senior manager to join their team. They are building out the commercial operations function and this is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the foundation and rapid growth of the company.

The person in this role will be critical partner to the commercial analytics team and business stakeholders to co-create data and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the master data management system (physician, hospital, and similar affiliations data)
- Ensure data quality, support in generating data insights, aid in reports/dashboards and other analytical needs
- Perform data stewardship on customer master data (e.g., HCP, HCO, HCP-HCO, HCO-HCO Affiliations and Payer)
- Coordinate with 3rd party data vendors such as IQVIA & Symphony
- Work on existing Tableau reports, Alteryx workflows for data flows and quality checks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related majors
- 5+ years' experience with the MDM process maintaining customer master data (e.g. physician, hospital and payer data)
- 5+ years' experience in Data Management, Data Profiling, Data cleansing, Data Quality and Data Analysis
- 3+ years' experience in specifically pharmaceutical data sources, assets, and providers
- Knowledge of Commercial Data sets (i.e., Sales, 867/Chargeback Data, Claims, Remittance, and Speaker Programs etc.)
- Experience in writing complex SQL queries for analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or related industry
- Experienced in Tableau & Alteryx
- Knowledge of Veeva CRM
